Your use of and purchase of products is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may at any time make changes and any details displayed (Including prices).

1. Engraving
The size and layout of your engraving will be done in a way that compliments the item. This is usually not too big or small in relation to the item. However if you have specific requirements please contact us via email . In the event of an engraving typographical error on our behalf items will be replaced immediately on receipt of item. It is important to ensure engraving instructions are left accurately as any errors made on your behalf may not be replaced free of charge.

2. Payment & Prices
The prices for the goods displayed for sale, are expressed in UK pounds For delivery to the USA and Europe delivery will be charged in addition, and any such charges will be displayed upon checkout. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order via email which will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. The acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. We accept payment by Paypal only

3. Postage & Shipping
We will endeavour to despatch the goods to you within 1-3 working days , although most in stock items are dispatched the same working day or within 24 hours. If for any reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you with a revised estimated dispatch date, and the option to cancel your order or select other goods Items are shipped by Royal Mail, within the UK. For international orders, this will be Royal Mail Airmail. For larger orders within the UK, these will be delivered be courier. Postage will be charged at cost price plus a small handling fee.

4. Your right to cancel your order
You may cancel your order within 7 days before the goods are delivered to you. To do so please contact us at sales@giftengraver.co.uk. Items that have been personalised are exempt from cancellation or retun.

5. Our returns and refund policy
If your goods are different to those ordered, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund. Items which have been engraved will be exempt from any return or refund unless faulty or damaged as outlined above. Unwanted, faulty or damaged items will need to be reported and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Unwanted items that have been engraved / personalised can not be returned. no personalised items. The Buyer agrees that the return of unwanted non personilised items are returned at there own cost and sent by recorded delivey or special delivery only
Refunds will only be given when the item or items have been returned

6. Description of Goods
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

8. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

9.Privacy Policy
At The Engraver we take your privacy very seriously. That is why we never share your personal information with any 3rd parties.
